- Relief Cook - Part-time
Sitrin is seeking
a part-time relief cook. Hours include 11 a.m. - 7 p.m., in general, to include weekend coverage. Previous experience in institutional/quantity cooking preferred.
- Diet Technician - Full-time
Sitrin is seeking
a full-time Diet Technician who will be responsible for nutritional screening and assessment of residents, as well as meal time observations, and assisting with supervision of the kitchen and dining rooms. An Associate’s Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics is required. Experience in a health care environment as well as CDR registration preferred.
- Certified Nurse Aide - Adult Day Health Care
Sitrin is seeking
a full-time CNA for its Adult Day Health Care Program. Hours include 7 a.m. - 3 p.m, in general, with some weekend and holiday coverage. Successful completion of a Nurse Aide Training Program is required, along with a valid NYS Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Director of Therapeutic Recreation
Sitrin is seeking
a full-time TR Director to be responsible for programming, supervision, and overall leadership of the Therapeutic Recreation Department. The position requires a minimum of a CTRS certification, or two years' experience in a social or recreation program- with one year full-time in a health care setting, or OTR or COTA. Previous experience in developing and implementing programs and previous supervisory experience preferred.
- MDS Coordinator
Sitrin is seeking
a full-time MDS Coordinator. Candidate must have current experience with MDS completion requirements, and must be a certified PRI assessor with a current license as an RN in NYS. Knowledge of and experience with Medicare Part A guidelines and experience with EMR preferred.
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

a full-time certified occupational therapy assistant to work in its Medical Rehabilitation Center. Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited program with NYS Licensure or eligibility required.

Sitrin is seeking resident service aides for its new long-term care houses. Duties include light meal preparation and housekeeping.
- RN Supervisor
Sitrin has an opening for a part-time RN Supervisor 11p.m. - 7a.m. shift, to oversee the nursing staff at its new long-term care houses. Long-term care experience is preferred. Candidate must be a graduate of a professional nursing program and possess a current NYS registration.

Sitrin is seeking a full-time LPN for its Mill Street IRA location. Hours include 3pm-11pm in general, with some weekend and holiday coverage. Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited program in Practical Nursing with current NYS licensure. Valid, clean NYS Driver's License required.
- LPN / ARD - Maple/Birch ICF
Sitrin is seeking a full-time LPN/ARD for its Maple/Birch ICF. Hours include 11pm-7am in general, with some weekend and holiday coverage. Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited program in Practical Nursing with current NYS licensure. Valid, clean NYS Driver's License required. MR/DD or geriatric experience preferred.
- Part-time Residence Counselors
Sitrin is seeking part-time residence counselors for its Gan Kavod ICF residences for individuals with developmental disabilities. Shifts include 11p.m.-7a.m., 6a.m.-10a.m., 3p.m.-11p.m. and some weekends. Duties include assisting individuals in a residential setting with the activities of daily living. Direct care experience with a geriatric and/or MR/DD population preferred. Valid, clean NYS Driver's License required.

Child Care Center
- Substitute Teacher
Sitrin's Child Care Center is seeking a subsitute teacher. Requirements include a high school diploma and previous experience working with children between the ages of six weeks to five years of age. Position is per diem, on an as needed basis, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Cedarbrook
- Full-Time Cook
Cedarbrook is seeking a full-time cook to work 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. A minimum of two years' experience is required.
- Part-Time Cook
Cedarbrook is seeking a part-time cook to work 1 p.m. - 6 p.m. on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Requirements include a minimum of two years' experience.
