New Hartford - Sitrin is once again offering a summer day camp that fosters friendship and fun for children ages 6-14! Sitrin’s Summer Day Camp, which is now accepting registrations, will run June 28 through August 20.
The camp is headquartered at the Jewish Community Center, located at 2310 Oneida Street in Utica. This secure building features a gym, auditorium with a stage, and fenced area for sports and outdoor recreation. Campers will visit Camp Sitrin on Graffenburg Road in Frankfort twice a week, plus there will be an additional weekly field trip! Camp hours are weekdays from 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., with free before care starting at 7:30 a.m. and after care ending at 5:00 p.m.
This year’s camp features more fun theme weeks, including Survivor Week, Take a Cruise Week, Science Week, Around the World Week, Pirate Week, Circus Week, Mythical Magic Week, and Camp Spirit Week. Throughout the summer, campers will gain the appreciation of nature, arts and crafts, sports activities, fishing, music, and much more!
The cost per child is $160.00 per week. If you have more than one child attending, you will receive a $10 per week sibling discount. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required each week to hold a place.
