The Sitrin Medical Rehabilitation Center is now offering a new fun-filled aquatic exercise class just for children! Kid Fit is a one-hour aquatic circuit training class, with an emphasis on cardiovascular fitness just for people ages eight to 18.
Kid Fit is structured to include aerobic activities, strengthening exercises, and proper stretching techniques for a fun overall fitness experience. The class, which is currently underway, is offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 pm in the aquatic therapy pools at the Sitrin Medical Rehabilitation Center. The cost is $60 per child and runs through September 3. Participants can join the class at any time and the registration fee will be pro-rated.
