To support its $3 million development campaign for its expansion project, the Sitrin Health Care Center recently received a grant in the amount of $10,000 from the J.M. McDonald Foundation, Colorado.
Sitrin’s expansion, which is well underway, includes the construction of Cedarbrook assisted living complex, the construction of nine long-term houses, and renovation to include 46 private rooms and bathrooms for its inpatient medical rehabilitation unit.
Sitrin is nearing the halfway mark of its development campaign. According to Rosemary Bonacci, vice president of communications & development at Sitrin, “We are very honored and pleased to receive this generous grant from the J.M. McDonald Foundation, which helps to improve education and social programs in and around the Upstate New York area.”
