NEW HARTFORD/UTICA - The Central Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired, Sitrin Health Care Center, and Upstate Cerebral Palsy will host the second annual Rock the House fundraiser on Thursday, January 20, 2011 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Fort Schuyler Club, Utica.
