To better acquaint Certified Nursing Assistants to Sitrin's long-term care model, Sitrin will host an Open House on Wednesday, June 6, 2012 from 12 to 2 p.m. This event will take place in the Community Building on Sitrin Lane, located in the middle of the long-term care complex. Attendees will learn more about employment opportunities for Certified Nursing Assistants and benefits including no mandatory overtime, 100% employer paid group health coverage for employees, 403b pension plan with a 3% employer match, accelerated vacation time for years of service, and tuition assistance. A tour of one of the long-term care homes will be provided. Refreshments will be served.
