It's that time again to join in the fun of the 8th Annual Stars & Stripes Run~Walk! *New this year: the 5K run and 5K wheelchair race portion will now be chipped timed by Underdog Race Timing. Come to the event and see if you can beat your best time! As always, there will also be a 2-mile walk and obstacle course.
We encourage you to participate in honor or in memory of a loved one who has served our country, or simply to support our veterans!
All proceeds benefit Sitrin's Military Rehabilitation Program, which provides comprehensive and complimentary care to post-9/11 veterans affected by combat-related conditions. Veterans of the program receive physical, occupational, and aquatic therapy, counseling, Ecotherapy, Dance/Movement Therapy, Equine Assisted Therapy, and more, in addition to a host of recreational activities. Veterans who do not have insurance and choose to be treated at Sitrin pay nothing for their care.
