Description
The Program Service Specialist provides supervision over the implementation of individual program plans for residents, to include scheduling staff, facilitating meetings and insuring all required documentation is complete and accurate. QIDP Status, a Bachelor's Degree, and one year of experience with ID/DD required. Previous experience with ICA and/or IRA documentation in accordance with OPWDD regulations preferred.
