Occupational Therapist

Sitrin is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for the 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. shift and as scheduled by supervisor. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program NYS liscensure required.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Sitrin is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for the 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. shift. Current NYS COTA liscensure and previous SNF or geriatric experience required.

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Sitrin is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant. Graduate of an accredited program with NYS Licensure or eligibility required.

Cafeteria Aide

Sitrin is seeking a part-time cafeteria aide to work Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Previous experience in food service required.

Per-Diem Physical and Occupational Therapists

Sitrin has per-diem opportunities available for licensed physical and occupational therapists. Sitrin offers competitive per diem rates and an outstanding work environment.

Part-Time Resident Service Aides

Sitrin is seeking resident service aides for its new long-term care houses. Duties include light meal preparation and housekeeping.

Part-Time RN Supervisor

Sitrin has an opening for a part-time RN Supervisor on the 11p.m. - 7a.m. shift, to oversee the nursing staff at its new long-term care houses. Long-term care experience is preferred. Candidate must be a graduate of a professional nursing program and possess a current NYS registration.

Certified Nurse Aides

Sitrin has openings for CNAs on the 3p.m. - 11p.m. and 11p.m. - 7a.m. shift. Candidates must hold a valid NYS certificate as a CNA.

Licensed Practical Nurses

Sitrin has full-time and part-time positions available for LPNs on the 3 p.m. - 11 p.m. and 11 p.m. - 7 a.m. shifts. A valid NYS license as an LPN is required.

Wellness Attendant

Sitrin is seeking a part-time wellness attendant to work 4 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. three to four days per week. Previous experience in physical fitness/wellness is preferred.

Gan Kavod

LPN - Mill Street & Gilmore Place IRA Location

Sitrin is seeking a part-time LPN. All shifts are available, with some weekend and holiday coverage. Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited program in Practical Nursing with current NYS licensure. Valid, clean NYS driver license required.

Part-Time Residence Counselors

Sitrin is seeking part-time residence counselors for its Gan Kavod ICF residences for individuals with developmental disabilities. Shifts include 11p.m.-7a.m., 6a.m.-10a.m., 3p.m.-11p.m. and some weekends. Duties include assisting individuals in a residential setting with the activities of daily living. Direct care experience with a geriatric and/or MR/DD population preferred. Valid, clean NYS driver license required.
