• Adult Day Health Care Director
  

  Sitrin Health Care Center is seeking a highly motivated leader to oversee the daily operations of our Adult Day Health Care Unit. Responsibilities include acting as a liaison with internal departments as well as outside agencies, along with development and implementation of departmental policies and programming. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Health Services Management or a related field, and at least 1 year of management experience. Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Physical Therapist
  Excellent opportunity for a full-time staff physical therapist - graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with NYS Licensure and current registration or eligibility required.  Download an Application
  

 

• RN Nursing Supervisor                                                                                                                                                                            This is a full-time position, 11pm - 7am shift.  Long-term care or acute care supervisory experience preferred.  Starting rates is based on experience.  Download an Application

  Sitrin is seeking dedicated, professional Certified Nurse Aides on all shifts.  Full- and part-time positions are available.  CNAs will work directly with patients on our Medical Rehabilitation Unit and residents in long-term care.  Must be NYS certified.  Download an Application

• Substitute Teacher
  Sitrin's Child Care Center is seeking a subsitute teacher.  Requirements include a high school diploma and previous experience working with children between the ages of six weeks to five years of age.  Position is per diem, on an as needed basis, between the hours of 7:00-5:30.
